Lawn Care Technician / Account Manager:

Job Description: You will perform, assist & educate client’s with their seasonal lawn care needs.

Skills: Effective communication skills to guide & inform clients about our services. The character and ability to carry through on daily lawn service task and ongoing projects.

Job Responsibilities: You will provide various lawn application services daily in multiple client locations. Follow up to address existing client’s needs. Advise and sell in accordance with client request. Accurately record & account for products used & services performed. Ability to use cell phone, laptop or tablet for daily task, records and processes. Connect timely and efficiently with prospective clients. Ability to calculate & quote services to prospective clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications: You must be self organized. And possess the ability to thoroughly and accurately complete multiple task daily. Ability to work physically in all weather conditions. Ability to safely operate a loaded work truck and a variety of machinery. Ability to lift, pull, drag, load, unload. Have logical environmental and area awareness to make immediate safe decisions. Possess a Valid Drivers License. Have a Safe driving record. Possess a Current Virginia Pesticide Applicators License, registered technician. (Turf & Ornamental). Maintain proper applicator training and certification requirements.
